if you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live and what would your house be like?: maybe one day when i decide to stop living the crazy life that i do, i'd actually think about a house with that thing i hear is called a yard, but for now? i'm pretty sure that i have the best apartment a girl like me could want in my favorite city. i don't get to see home often, but when i do? i get to go home to the big apple and i get to enjoy my 31st floor apartment that overlooks the hudson and east river and be lazy. what could be better than a place with a view in a city that you love?
if you knew today was your last day on earth, how would you spend it and who would you spend it with?: this is always one of the toughest questions to answer, honestly. if you had one more day, well, who's to say that you couldn't be living it already and not know it? i think i'd devote some time to writing letters to my family and my friends just to let them know how much they meant to me and i wouldn't be the person i am today without them. while a phone call would suffice, at least the letter they could look back on. as for the rest of the day? i'd probably try to spend it enjoying the things i loved the most and probably doing the things i've wanted to but never had the courage to.
who or what inspires you and why?: gilda rander. she was the reason i wanted to become a comedienne. i've always grown up loving saturday night live and loved watching the older seasons, considering she passed away a year after my birth, but a lot of my favorites for anything are from "before my time". she was just, amazing all around and there wasn't anything that she did that she wasn't amazing in and her ability to make a person laugh? i want to be just like her.
in the event of a zombie apocalypse, what would be your plan of action, and what would be your weapon of choice?: everything i've learned about zombie apocalypses, i've learned from "zombie land" (including some non zombie facts like code red is great when you're pulling an all day/nighter to play WoW) so you tell me what my plan would be. as for weapon? can i just use woody or jesse as my weapon and let them just kill them all for me? i mean, they have to be good for something, am i right? kidding, of course. i love those two but i'd have to go with some heavy firearms.
if you had to choose, what nocturnal animal would you be and why?: a night elf. does that count? because it totally should, especially since it has the word "night" in it. alright, all WoW jokes aside, for a nocturnal animal? i'd probably have to go with a firefly. do you ever remember trying to catch one when you were little to see it light up, and to be that child who's got the world in their hands to see it light up. to be able to make someone smile like that if caught, it'd be worth it.
if you could only eat three foods for the rest of your life, what would they be?: see now, when you say foods i hope this is a generalization because you didn't specify so this means i can run with it. first off, mexican, especially if it's my favorite little spot in nyc because the food is completely to die for. also? sonic's. as far as fast foods go it is my favorite place hands down and sometimes, it leads all other foods for my favorites. sometimes. and i guess for a third food i could eat would be anything italian. you just can't compete with some good italian food.
if you could be an animagus (able to turn into a specific animal at will), what animal would you be and why?: can i just say this sounds a lot like being a druid? shit, i said i was gonna stop with the WoW references, didn't i? fuck fuck fuck. i'd want to be something sweet like, a black panther because have you ever seen how beautiful they are? that or maybe i'd be a dolphin frolicing in the ocean all day long.
what is your favorite thing about your career?: truthfully, i love that it's given me the opportunity to meet the people i've always admired and it's brought me some of my best friends. it's forced me in ways to grow and mature and in other ways had let me embrace the inner geeky little nerd that i've always been. really? the best part about it though is being able to make an impact in someone else's life. knowing somewhere out there, there's someone looking at me being all "i want to be just like her," and finding that little bit of confidence in themselves to follow their dreams and not to back down.
if you could live one day in someone else's life, who would it be and why, and what would you do and why?: dude, if i could live one day in someone else's life? i'd totally pick shia labeouf. who wouldn't love working on the transformers movie? at least i could pretend bumblebee was real and right there with me. also, i'd make the little shit show his face around and actually, you know, be active and not just on WoW every now and then.
when you were a child, what did you want to be when you grew up, and is it anything like what you do now?: for me it's always been to be a cast member on saturday night live. being a legit actress came about after deciding i wanted to do music theater and taking voice lessons for years only to find that it just wasn't for me. i still want to be a cast member on snl, that is my life dream, but i'm happy having it out there within almost touching distance in some senses because i still have that to dream about.
